Return shipping is solely the responsibility of the customer.
If the purchased item(s) is defective or damaged upon receipt, or if the customer is not satisfied with a purchased item(s) and wishes to return it for a refund, the customer may return the item(s) to Patriot Tactical LLC / patriottacticalus.com WITHIN 30 DAYS of the date of receipt of delivery of the purchased item.

All products sold by Patriot Tactical LLC / patriottacticalus.com are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, Patriot Tactical LLC / patriottacticalus.com will issue you a refund if returned within 30 days of receipt.

Any products, if unused/ unopened/ defective, with the exception of FIREARMS may be returned within 30 days from the order date for a refund or store credit (A minimum of 20% Restocking Fee May Apply)

Sales are FINAL on FIREARMS, clearance merchandise, machining, Cerakote, and apparel.

How you would like your return: Refund to your credit card, store credit or exchange when returning the item, please write your RMA number that was provided on the outside of the box. 

Please allow 2-5 business days from date of receipt for the return to be processed.


NOTE:

Patriot Tactical LLC / patriottacticalus.com cannot verify nor guarantee fitment of any firearm part or accessory. Please check with the manufacture prior to ordering for proper fitment. Patriot Tactical LLC / patriottacticalus.com will not provide return shipment for firearms parts or accessories that do not fit.

ALL SALES OF FIREARMS, MACHINING SERVICES, CERAKOTE, AND APPAREL ARE FINAL. 

Defective Firearms must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service.

All returned good must have prior consent. Please email or call for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product.

Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees.
