This is an early model Staccato P that has a custom Atlas Gunworks Flat X-Line trigger system in Blue. It is fully adjustable and makes the already crisp 2011 system into an ON/OFF switch. Also includes a brand new Dawson Precision® 4.4? Tool Less Recoil System, and green fiber optic front sight. In Staccato bag, with all original magazines, tools, and paperwork.
It has less than a thousand rounds through it and very little wear. Fully polished feed ramp. It has never had a malfunction or FTF.
This is the owners personal gun for competition but has only been used for practice and range fun. Mags have never been dropped 20 rounder has never been used. Only reason for selling is building a full open gun instead of this one.

RETURN POLICY
ALL FIREARMS SALES ARE FINAL!
Items that have been opened from the manufacturer packaging will NOT be accepted for return without the original package in like new condition. Returns will NOT be accepted for any products that have been used/installed/mounted. Please contact the manufacturer of the product to initiate their warranty. Patriot Tactical LLC accepts returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories within 30 days of invoice date.
All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. On most products we ship freely to the customer. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected refunds will be processed within 3 business days. It may take 3 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank or financial institution.
FIREARM PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Once you have decided on the firearm that you would like to purchase, please decide which FFL you would like to transfer to. If you are in need of an FFL to transfer to, please use the link "FFL Finder" to locate one in your area. We can do local transfers in the Columbus - Central Ohio area through our partner ALPHA STAR TACTICAL in Columbus, Ohio. Please make sure to reach out to the FFL you choose to notify them of incoming purchase and to schedule your appointment for NICS background check. Once you have determined the FFL you will ship to, and purchased the firearm, please email a scan of the front and back of your valid drivers license (you will also need it for your background). We will also need the receiving FFL's copy of their license. Our copy will be emailed to the receiving FFL and shipped with the firearm. You will have seven business days from the FFL receiving the firearm to go pick it up. If you do not contact the FFL within seven days to pickup, we will have the FFL ship firearm back to us and charge you a 20% restocking fee. If there is an issue with the NICS background check and you are not lawfully able to take possession of the firearm, we will have the FFL ship firearm back to us and charge you a 20% restocking fee. If you do not agree to these terms please do not bid or purchase.
FIREARM CONDITION
All custom built firearms are rigorously tested before shipment. Please understand that there may be wear marks on barrel and other areas and parts inside of slide. This does not constitute a used firearm. The serialized frame has only been transferred to Patriot Tactical LLC and then manufactured into a firearm at our facility. Please thoroughly inspect the condition of the firearm once received at FFL before taking possession. If firearm does not fit your definition of new, it may be declined and returned but you will be charged for return shipping.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS [NON-FIREARM]
Please contact us first regarding a defective item within 30 days of invoice date. We will work directly with you to replace the item. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
