Items that have been opened from the manufacturer packaging will NOT be accepted for return without the original package in like new condition. Returns will NOT be accepted for any products that have been used/installed/mounted. Please contact the manufacturer of the product to initiate their warranty. Patriot Tactical LLC accepts returns on unused, unaltered products in original packaging with all accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories within 30 days of invoice date.
All returns of non-defective products are subject to a 20% restocking fee. On most products we ship freely to the customer. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected refunds will be processed within 3 business days. It may take 3 to 7 business days for the credit to appear in your account depending on your bank or financial institution.
Please contact us first regarding a defective item within 30 days of invoice date. We will work directly with you to replace the item. After 30 days, please contact the manufacturer for a warranty claim.
